Pilates

Private

Session

Strongly recommended for new clients, the 30-minute private session introduces students to fundamental Pilates posture, breathing techniques, and exercises.

Pilates

Mat

Pilates Mat is the foundation of Pilates. This 50-minute, ground-based class focuses on proper technique while building flexibility and core strength.

Pilates

Equipment

Pilates equipment utilizes the reformer, towers, chair, arc, and jump board. This 60-minute equipment class builds strength with a focus on deep core muscles.

60 mins, $30

Bounce & Sculpt

Bounce & Sculpt is high energy and FUN! This cardio class utilizes mini trampolines, weights, and TRX suspension cables to build strength and stamina.

35 mins, $20

Yogalates

A blend of Yoga and Pilates, Yogalates includes a combination of standing and ground-based exercises with an emphasis on balance and mobility.

50 mins, $20

Teen Pilates

Developed for students ages 12-17, Teen Pilates introduces students to fundamental Pilates techniques and exercises. All skill levels are welcome.

Payment Options

You may either pay-per-class or purchase a class package. Class packages must be used within 3 months of purchasing. Our most popular class package includes 12 classes, 6 Pilates Mat and 6 Pilates Equipment for $250. College students enjoy a 10% discount on all class packages.
